Serving Suggestion:
Adults, take 4 capsules daily*, may also be opened and sprinkled onto food or into a drink, or taken whole. You can take Primal Energy any time of the day as it doesn’t contain any sugar or caffeine. We like having it in the morning to start the day with a foundation for lasting energy. You can take the capsules with or without food, and either all at once or in divided doses.
First timers: If you’re familiar with consuming organ meats and have a generally robust digestive system then jump straight in and enjoy the full dose of 4 daily capsules. If you are new to organ meats then it is recommended to start slow with just a single capsule a day for the first week. Then move up to two capsules on week 2 and three capsules on week 3 until you reach the recommended 4 caps a day. This may sound slow but it helps to ensure tolerability of these deeply nourishing supplements.
