Frank M Whiting Manganese glass sterling silver lipped vintage salt cellar. Fair used condition with some signs of wear. The lip was stamped on the edge Frank M Whiting Sterling Silver Pat Pending on the lip. There are some scratches and dents on the metal. The glass is manganese and has UV reaction in short wave 365 light.
